Contact enquiries
When you submit an enquiry, Crescenthia collects the information you provide: your name, business name, email, optional phone and website, services of interest, and project description. We use it to respond, discuss your project, and manage our correspondence.
How information is processed
The website is designed for Cloudflare Pages hosting. Enquiries are securely passed to the configured enquiry provider. Cloudflare and that provider may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the service. Information is not sold or used for unrelated marketing.
Cookies and external services
This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. The Contact page includes an embedded Google Calendar booking page, and appointment links open Google Calendar. Google may process information such as your network address and browser details when the embed loads, and the details you provide when booking. Google’s own privacy and cookie terms apply to that service.
Retention and your choices
Enquiry information should be retained only for as long as needed to respond and manage the business relationship, subject to applicable recordkeeping obligations. To request access, correction, or deletion, use the contact form and describe your request. Do not include sensitive personal information.
